Do I have to gather an entire group to get the deal?

How do I get in on this promotion?
Just click "BUY NOW" before the offer ends (you'll see that timer ticking down). If the minimum number of people sign up, we'll charge your credit card and send you a printable voucher via email. If not enough people get in on the deal, no one gets it (and you won't be charged a cent). So invite your friends (maybe even force them to buy the deal) to make sure you get the deal!
I think I've registered an account, but when I try to login, I get a 'No such user found' error, why?
We separate the registration of an account from the newsletters. The separation gives you more flexibility when it comes to receiving communications from us. This means you need to register an account if you wish to take advantage of any deals on our site. Accounts are free and setup is almost instant, you may register here.
What happens if the Crowdmass doesn't reach its required minimum number of purchasers?
If we don't get enough people signing up for the deal, then the deal is a no go. You won't be charged. So if you really want that deal, be sure to tell everyone you know!
When can I use my Crowdmass voucher?
Each voucher will have a validity date period, so make sure you read that properly and use it within those dates.
I bought a Crowdmass voucher – now what?
Once your credit card is charged, you'll receive an email with your voucher. Print it out and bring it to the venue. Be sure to check if you need to book, as most businesses we feature will be quite busy.
Can I buy a Crowdmass voucher as a present for someone else?
Yes. No problems at all – the purchaser's name will be on the voucher but he/she doesn't have to be one using the voucher.
If I don't use the full value of the voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No. Unless otherwise stated you can't receive store credit or cash back for the amount you don't use. You can always bring a friend and divvy up your voucher value.
Can I combine my Crowdmass voucher with other offers or specials?
No, unless the voucher specifies otherwise.
Am I charged as soon as I sign up for a deal?
No - you are only charged if the deal has gotten the minimum required number of buyers.
Is using my credit card on Crowdmass safe?
We use Paypal who takes care of all our credit card transactions. You'll be taken to their secure site when you pay. We never store any credit card information on our servers.
Can I return a Crowdmass voucher?
If for some reason you can't use the voucher, or give it to someone else to use. E.g. the business closes down, then please email us at . We'll look at each case individually and give refunds on a case by case basis.
What if the business for my Crowdmass voucher goes under?
If anything like that happens which makes it impossible for you to redeem your Crowdmass voucher, we'll refund your money.
